All the staff from guard, front desk officers and housekeeping staff are consistently friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with.

Signages are turn off. Better work on it. Hard to see.

Climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television inside the studio suite were handy. Walk-in showers in the bathroom was a plus. The location was great and fab for walking around Glorietta.

The bed was rock hard here.

great location - not many other options in that part of Makati, very close to RCBC Plaza. Rooms, small but have everything you need. Nice rain effect shower.

The studio was surprisingly spacious and perfect for a solo traveler. The housekeeping service was attentive yet unobtrusive, and the provision of cooking utensils made it convenient to prepare my meals. I encountered some small cockroaches in the bathroom, and there was a noticeable lack of luxury in the overall decor. Given the urban location, noise from the street could sometimes seep in, disrupting the tranquility during late hours.

1. I booked this property at Php 11,425.64, but was actually charged Php 14,024.97 (+22.7%) - the difference representing service charge (10.0%) and applicable government taxes (12.7%). I was under the impression by my booking was on a nett basis. 2. This property had its "soft opening" last month so it remains a work in progress in many respects. Two of the four elevators/lifts were not yet open to residents/guests; the swimming pool was not accessible; the cafe on the ground level did not offer room service and still had no liquor licence; the spa has yet to be built. 3. Except for a McDonald's outlet within five minutes walk from this property, there are no other restaurants, decent eateries, convenience stores within easy access of residents/guests. 4. The Makati business district has an extensive range of serviced apartments offering better location and more amenities. One Pacific Place is ideal if one appreciates solitude (whether voluntary or not).

The room was spacious and surprisingly calm on the 37th floor, perfect for someone like me who craves peace. And a daily housekeeping service was great, the staff was always polite, knocking to check in on me.

It wasn't cheap, but for the most part, it was acceptable.

I like the comfort, good quality and cleanliness of the new hotel and it's facilities. I hope One Pacific will maintain the Cleanliness and good quality of it's facilities.

From my observation, the walls/rooms are not designed as sound proof because noise outside, such as conversation or walking along the hallway, door opening/closing of the nearest room, can be heard inside the room.

Excellent location - right at the heart of the business district but quiet and adequate.

Spacious studio with attentive staff. Breakfast lacked variety, and the room felt dated. Reception quick during check-in.

Near shopping malls, restaurants, coffee shops and airport.

Good location easy walk to Australian Embassy, I enjoyed it. The airport was 20 minutes drive away. My room was perfectly clean overlooking city.
